Long we have been on this Earth and many is the time that we have heard so many pieces of advice. It may come with the very best of intentions but when you assailed by so many nuggets of wisdom it can be a challenge to feel what works and does not for you. Conversely, what is a boon to some of us, will be anathema to others.
It is small wonder, for we weave such intricate lives and everyone is creating their own complicated patterns that will at times conflict with our own beliefs, intentions and lifestyles. It is in the midst of all of this that somehow we are to find our best path.
As we get older, we may discover that our memories are not quite as sharp as they used to be. You’ll read or hear something and think, now that sounds a really good idea to me and a few days pass and you’ll be thinking what is it A said to me last week? It vanishes and what may have been the perfect ideal is lost to the wilderness of lost thoughts.
Yet, always remember you have your own gifts right there within you. Often though, we find those talents of ours forget to converse with each other. The heart gets neglected for the brain and the thoughts contained therein take precedence and dominate our existence. It is no surprise, for the brain is our navigator in this life and yet it is the heart that beats to the rhythm of the universe. Imagine then if we could work getting these two amazing organs to be in harmony with each other.
When we are truly in alignment with these two faculties we then experience life in a new light. Remember those pieces of advice we spoke of in the first paragraph? If we return to those words in a space of brain/heart coherence we have a much better chance of true discernment for what resonates and what does not. We may also find ourselves donating our own thoughts and wisdom to others and begin to craft a higher vibration of caring and living.
Therefore, the challenge for us all is to find ways of working with all of our features, the heart, brain, liver, spleen, kidneys, stomach and every other part of the body in communication. We can embrace the space of imagination as we go through our body and ask how they are doing today. What messages await us and what do they need? It’s certainly an area for us to explore and will lead us to some rather unexpected places.
What are your thoughts? You will have your own wisdom and please do share in the comments below.
