Cosmic catteries

I’m sure some of you’ll be looking at the image and thinking what do cats have to do with outer space? It is certainly something that makes you think, but have you ever wondered how those curious creatures have this uncanny ability to make themselves comfortable wherever they may be? If anyone has ever had a cat they soon discover how swiftly that they have this ability to let their chosen human they are most blessed to be in their presence!

They have been revered in certain cultures such as in ancient Egypt and I believe the god was called Bastet. Cats seem to have this otherworldly quality about them and have you ever wondered where it truly comes from?

Think on this next time your faithful friend sits on your lap (if you are so blessed) or decides that it would like you to offer it a stroke. Be sure to load up on the catnip and when a cats chorus starts up, maybe those miaows are for those star systems far away (this is ground control to pusscat tom)...or they could be just for you to get their food ready. I’ll let you decide on that one.
