Spaceships and waterfalls

There are two parts to today’s article. The first is how there are life forms that can travel vast distances that to us are quite impossible. What I was shown is that it is some form of reverse propulsion, the more you push in one way, the faster you travel in the opposite direction. They find it amusing we are still playing around with combustion which is noisy and not efficient in their eyes.
I asked about their bodies, surely travelling at these colossal speeds would tear themselves and all around them apart. What was shown is that they are protected by a bubble that maintains their integrity. It’s almost as though for them they are merely going for a walk or a small journey despite the great distances covered. Needless to say, we are some way short of that technology.
She then begun to discuss what we digest. Our food is digested by our bodies and we are fully aware of that and yet few of us pay attention to what we absorb from all the information that our eyes bring in. They are like magnets pulling in all kinds of visionary data and all of this gets processed by our brains and thought waves are created.
Yet few of us take the time to declutter the digitised deluge we invite in every day. We know meditation is a good way of combatting this but my guide suggested something fast and effective. A quick visualisation of sitting under a golden waterfall washing away all the unwanted data is often enough. She recognises many of us have busy lives and this method will help with most of what we absorb. Of course, we can go deeper if needed.
Let us not forget the purifying qualities of water.
