Your life, your rules.

We find in our lives there is this constant process of being compelled to act. The flow of days soon becomes weeks and months and the obligation of doing something grows ever louder. Whilst there is benefit in movement, there is also tremendous growth to be found in those moments of stillness. There will be times when the body and the spirit will say no.
It is imperative we have those times where we can step away. How long that may be is down to us but it is essential for our own good to recuperate and restore. The element of action will still beat within us but let us be our own pacesetter for the lives we wish to lead. If the desire to accelerate to full speed every day is within then do by all means explore that.
Conversely, if the desire is to actually take your time, enjoy every moment and breathe. Enjoy and embrace every aspect that you are in a position to witness where you can. It’s your life, your pace and your right.
Set the pace. Live your own life.
